New Online Integrative Medicine Class

Join us for an exploration of the fundamentals of integrative medicine in an online class I’ll be teaching through the University Of New Mexico beginning Tuesday evening, October 15, 2024. The course is based on one I co-teach at Georgetown University’s School Of Medicine and is designed for providers and laypeople alike. Together we’ll learn and practice 12 core cognitive, behavioral, physical and relationship skills that recruit body and mind in the holistic service of wellness. These practices boost immunity, promote vitality, and extend something called health span (that is, years of healthy life). Join us and deepen your understanding of how each day offers multiple opportunities to live a more joyful, productive, peaceful life.

Enjoy this post and get more information and register for the class, open to all, here.  We hope to have you with us next month!
