Thanks Giving: The Science Of Gratitude

Clinical trials have found that feeling grateful lowers blood pressure and heart rate, improves immune function and decreases lifetime risk for depression, anxiety, and substance abuse disorders. In this post I share a simple practice we can use daily to increase this emotion – which might be one of the best gifts we can give ourselves and others.
