Answers From Beyond The Grave

A loved one may die before we have the chance to ask them some important question. “Dad, are you proud of me?” “Mom, do you forgive me?” Such unanswered questions may live on in our hearts, leaving us feeling sad, remorseful and bereft.


In this video I share a CBT method we call Posthumous Empathy that we can reach for in such instances. It often brings someone relief, closeness and resolution of such questions once and for all.
